Meaghan & T.J. | Des Moines Engagement Photographer

I am so excited to share these photos with you all today! I don’t know how I am so lucky to work with such great couples – but it sure makes my job easier! These two are so adorable and so natural in front of the camera, I barely had to give them any direction at all. When Meaghan, T.J. and I first met we talked about possibly doing some night photos. These two love to go star gazing pretty frequently, and T.J. actually proposed under the stars one night. So the stars definitely hold a special meaning to this couple. I had never taken night photos before, so I was a little nervous – but I am so happy with what we were able to capture! These two were so great at holding still for 30 seconds at a time, and it was freezing out! We split their engagement session up in two parts so they had some day time photos as well. An added special meaning to these photos?  They were all taken at Meaghan’s dad’s farm where she and her family grew up.
