Jennifer & Jeremy | Mt. Pleasant, Iowa Wedding
I fell in love with Jennifer and Jeremy’s story from the moment I heard it. Two years ago Jennifer’s sister (Laura) was married on their family’s acreage. At that wedding, Jennifer and Jeremy met (again) and went on their first date the following day. Two years later they were married on the same family acreage.
These two are so incredibly sweet. I didn’t meet them until the day of the wedding, but they both are so welcoming and warm, that I felt like I had known them for years. With the barn, the pond, and rolling hills in the background – the wedding was beautiful to say the least. Peonies (Jennifer’s favorite flower) filled the reception tent and ceremony space. And there were so many details that helped personalize the day and share the newlyweds’ story. After the ceremony, the four of us (Jennifer, Jeremy, my second shooter Stacie and I) piled onto a golf cart and rode through the woods for their couples’ photos. It was definitely an exciting ride dodging the tree branches along the way, but oh so worth it to find some amazing spots for photos!
Jennifer and Jeremy – Thank you so much for choosing me. I am so appreciative that I got to be the one documenting your first day as husband and wife! Enjoy!
