Shauna & Ross | Iowa City Engagement Photographer

I am so excited to post Shauna and Ross’ engagement today! I think these are some of my favorite photos that I have ever taken. The light was spot on, Shauna and Ross are too adorable, and the setting was the perfect mix of architecture and nature! It was about a million degrees out for this September evening, but looking at these two – you can’t tell one bit.

Shauna and Ross met when they both attended the University of Iowa and started dating their senior year. They have since moved around and have lived in Oregon and Florida before Ross’ job brought them back to Iowa. I am so happy that they chose to have their engagement session around campus, where everything began. I think it was the perfect way to share a bit of their story. And I absolutely loved spending the evening wandering around getting to know this sweet couple a little more!
